was that a yes! That you have told an IBO that? Your twisting Verses just like most of your “Christian” leaders do on stage. That jealousy in Rom 11:11 was towards salvation in Christ and NOT jealousy towards riche$ or material possessions. So are you going to answer the question clearly and honestly? Friend, success automatically provokes weak people to jealousy. I don’t have to motivate IBOs to use jealousy so that their success provokes others. Their success alone will do that! Remember when God commanded to preach the Gospel of Salvation to the Gentiles so that Jews will be provoked to jealousy? Jews refused to embrace such Gospel and their hardened hearts provokes them to jealousy!

It’s agreed, that jealousy is natural & common but lets not shy from declaring it not just as a “common occurrence worldwide” but a “sin”. We have & will live with others in this world that sin but deliberately causing others to stumble & sin is evil. So have you ever been told by an IBO to cause others to be jealous with an Amway biz? Or have you yourself done this?
I was never told to build a big business just to make others jealous. I was told to build as big a business as I desire to so to share the opportunity with others and to let them decide if they choose to be part of it or not. Being jealous of someone is a common occurrence worldwide and it’s not just about Amway. Someone at this very moment is jealous of you because of your business… why can’t I have what his guy has, I hate him! Lazy man is jealous! Now you get it?!
Maybe you’ve done something wrong somewhere. Check with Amway and check with your upline to find out what might have gone wrong and then correct it in the future. Hope this advice can be of help to you!

Wouldn’t you be concerned for others & help in every way possible if you knew of a business where you were encouraged to build a large business to “make the world jealous”. You might not because your cursing shows fruit of something wrong in your heart. Listen Terratonific, if your ever told by an IBO to build it big to make others jealous, you need to run! That is clear enough to show the type of IBOs Amways teaching produces. If you confront them about it & they dismiss it, run!

I have seen one encourage another to build a big team business to make others jealous of them. And as a Christian this goes agains what we should be “working” for. Money is not evil but the thing the Bible says is a sin is the love for it. This is tied in real close to all the materialism, greed and a desire to make other people jealous of them. If you join Amway because your not content with your wages (Lk 3:14) or you desire to make others jealous then you should beware and guard your heart.

you missed my comment. Amway IS a legitimate, legal, opportunity. Amway is actually a good idea! The problem, for a Christian, isn’t Amway but the leaders & team’s TEACHING. They don’t stick to teaching how to sell the products or services like the average tools all jobs or colleges have. They dig deep into our PASSIONS & DREAMS. I’m almost positive (unless you go to prosperity gospel church) your leaders, if given the opportunity to study the TEACHING, would council you to stay away.
No you are wrong on a lot of levels. Might want to research some more in Bible and Amway. I did for 6 months before starting. I consider it a legitimate ‘job/business’ for Christians. Also our church administrator and pastor (he is not in Amway) are not against it. Our church is slavic very conservative and has over 1000 members.
